As a reminder, the UFC's traditional pre-event preview show returns tonight with the debut of "Countdown to UFC 129." The one-hour episode airs at midnight ET/PT on Spike TV.
UFC 129 takes place Saturday at Toronto's Rogers Centre, and the pay-per-view main card features welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre vs. top contender Jake Shields.
